I realize we are already a few weeks into the new year. Today was a bad weather day and I was home all day tending to some very overdue household chores. Among other things, I threw out a bag of lipsticks from the 90's and I set up a printer and was able to print something from my phone. Huge accomplishments for me ! Mundane , yet heroic !

The bag of lipsticks was not something I was handling every day. I was organizing some things and found a box behind several items. I remembered this precious , odd , stash of make-up. Because I had tried to preserve it, I hid it so well, it all went stale ! With it , was a box of hair potions, also trying to save it, also went stale. Such a waste but so satisfying to get rid of it and make some room.

I bought the printer last week on sale at Target. It was cheap , so, they are probably discontinuing it. It seemed to take forever to get it to connect to the wi-fi. The miraculous part was that, when the software finally kicked in, I could print something from my phone !!! My PCs are not updated or too old and I can't seem to get anything to work correctly. My HP printer has either crapped the bed or I am simply too simple to figure out how to re-configure it.

My friend Mary has updated my website. As you can see, I haven't been on top of updating it. This blog is my first volley at updating. I got a new laptop which may make things a little more convenient.

My plan for 2019 is to start a podcast with my friend Lisa. We have the mics and the laptops, now all we have to do it DO IT !!!!
